We offer free shipping in India.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customisation will require additional time.
DELIVERY METHOD
Orders shipped are delivered within 10 business days. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any govt. interventions or natural causes, etc.

Orders delivered to remote areas might have an additional charge. Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might have additional charges and might take longer than usual to get delivered.

DELIVERY METHOD
International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via BlueDart. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 7 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at info@flowerchildbyshaheen.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
WARRANTY
Flowerchildbyshaheen.com warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase. Flowerchildbyshaheen.com reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase to see if the product is under warranty. If a product is judged defective, Flowerchildbyshaheen.com will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Each piece is unique and handcrafted and hence there may be variations in the texture and polish’
The following forms of Proof of Purchase are acceptable:
• Your Flowerchildbyshaheen.com order number.
• Picture or scan of the physical receipt/invoice with a visible date of purchase.
• Picture of your bank statement with a visible and highlighted purchase date.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Damage due to water as Flowerchildbyshaheen.com is not water proof and should not be used during swimming, or taking a shower, etc.
• This warranty is void if the Flowerchildbyshaheen.com has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors other than defects in material or workmanship.
